🧰 Tuesday Toolbook

So I've been running the same mastermind in Miami for almost twenty years…

Same format the whole time. Seven-figure service-based business owners, in a room, once a month. And I know every single person who walks through that door. I know what they sell. I know who they just hired and who they just fired. I know what's broken in their business this quarter and which one of them is quietly about to have the best year of their life.

Twenty years of those rooms. Still going strong.Β

My website had more visitors than that yesterday. I couldn't tell you the name of one of them…

That gap has bothered me for a long time.

When I came up in this business, there were exactly two ways you ever got in front of somebody. They came to you, or you went out and found them. That was it. And both of them started the same way, with a name and a phone number.

Somebody walked into the showroom, you saw their face and you walked over. Nobody walked in that week, you opened the territory file and started dialing. Different motion, same job. You always knew who you were talking to.

Then everything moved online and both halves broke at once…

The people who come to you are now invisible. A number on a dashboard. Statistically, a good site turns somewhere between 5% and 20% of its traffic into a lead or a call or a sale, and most sites live at the bottom of that range. Which means 80% to 95% of the people who were curious enough to click on you disappear without a trace. You paid to bring every one of them in. You get to talk to a handful.

And the going-out-and-finding-them half turned into buying garbage lists and cold calling into the void, which is not prospecting. It's punishment.

I've spent nearly ten years inside HighLevel technology. Built a software company on that technology, made the Inc. 5000 in 2024, sold it earlier this year. So when something bothers me at this level, my instinct isn't to go shopping for a fix. It's to go build one.

That's what my team spent the last year plus doing. And we ran it on our own traffic first, for months, because I don't put anything in front of you that I haven't lived with myself.

That's today's tool. ⬇️

Meet Lead Gen AI

Two engines. One system.

Engine one puts names on your traffic
One line of code on your site. Somebody lands on your page and it identifies the real person behind the visit, then exports them straight into your CRM. No form. No opt in. No copying and pasting. The 80% to 95% who used to vanish are now a list you can actually work, by email, by phone, or straight into your outreach campaigns.

Engine two builds your pipeline from scratch
Tens of millions of contacts, and you zero in on the exact decision-makers you want. Title, industry, location, company size, revenue, even buying signals like a recent job change. Then you reach them where they actually are. Email, text, phone, LinkedIn, Messenger, Instagram, YouTube.

And AI agents run the heavy lifting on both sides around the clock. Researching the prospect. Writing the outreach in your voice. Building the sales brief. Putting together the presentation. While you sleep.

One engine captures the intent already coming at you. The other creates intent that didn't exist yesterday…

Which is the showroom and the territory file, both of them back, both of them finally working the way I always wanted them to.

P.S. I'm hosting a live webinar this Thursday, August 20th at 12:00 noon EST. I'm walking through the lead generation play everybody left for dead when clicks got cheap, and why AI just turned it into the lowest cost, highest speed way to fill a pipeline. I'll also run a live Voice AI demo on the webinar, so you'll hear the agent phone a prospect and book the appointment in real time. Join me LIVE! Register HERE πŸ‘ˆ
