๐ From The Desk Of Andrew Cass
Quick confession. When I land on a website and there's nobody there to ask a question, I'm gone in seconds. I don't care how nice the site is.
I've been selling for more than 30 years. I built a software company that made the Inc. 5000 List of America's fastest growing companies. I've watched a lot of technology come and go, and most of it was noise. So I don't say this lightly.
Because of AI, in 2026 you can give a visitor the most impactful experience in the history of websites. Someone lands on your site with a question, and your site engages them, answers them, and moves them forward in real time, at any hour, the way your best salesperson would if your best salesperson never slept. That was science fiction when I started selling. You can have it by tomorrow morning.
And almost no one is doing it. That's what shocked me. More than 70 percent of websites don't have it. Odds are, yours is one of them.
The Main Event is about that experience. What it is, why your prospects are the reason it exists, and what it does to the economics of your website when it's done right. If you read one issue this year, make it this one.
What's on your website right now at 2 AM?
Let's go!

The Biggest Shift In Websites Since The Website Itself
Since the day the first website went live, a website could do exactly one thing with a visitor: wait. Look nice. List the services. Hope for a phone call that, in 2026, isn't coming.
That's over. Thanks to AI, a website can now greet every visitor, answer their questions in real time, and book them on a calendar at 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning. It's the most impactful experience a website visitor has ever had, and more than 70 percent of websites still don't offer it. Most of the ones that think they do have a widget: a bubble that collects a message and waits for Monday.
The ENGAGE MasterClass shows business owners how to build the real thing. Two hours with Andrew Cass and Ahmer Zaman, CTO of VektorOS, on how a fully trained AI website chatbot works, how it learns a business, the prompting that makes it perform from day one, and how to have the whole thing done for you if building isn't your thing. Plus the Script Vault, the website audit, and a one-on-one assessment with Ahmer. Lifetime access. 30-day money-back guarantee.
Most of your competitors haven't moved yet. That window is open right now.
๐ข The Main Event
โNobody Wants To Call You. Here's The Fix.โ
Every week, we break down the big-picture strategy behind the shifts happening in businessโso you can see around corners while others are still catching up.

It's 2:07 in the morning and there's water coming through a kitchen ceilingโฆ
The homeowner isn't calling anyone. Nobody calls a roofer at 2 AM. She grabs her phone, searches "emergency roof repair," and lands on the first site that looks legitimate.
A chat window opens in the corner. "Hi, looks like you're here late. Is this an active leak?"
She types yes. It asks for her zip code and what she's seeing. Then: "We can have a crew out between 7 and 9 this morning. Want me to hold the 7 AM slot?"
She takes it. Gets a confirmation text. Puts a bucket under the drip and goes back to bed.
The roofer wakes up at 6 to a booked job and a customer who never considered anyone else. He never heard the phone ring, because it never did.
That wasn't an AI Chat widget. That was an AI Chatbot experience. BIG difference.
His website engaged a stranger in real time, at the exact moment she needed it, and turned her into a customer before sunrise. The difference between that and what's sitting on most websites is the whole story this week.
Your Prospects Don't Want To Talk To You
Start with the uncomfortable part. Your prospects don't want to talk to you. Not yet.
Textmagic surveyed 1,800 American adults in 2025 and found 42 percent ignore phone calls outright. Avochato's survey of 1,000 smartphone owners found more than three in four won't pick up a number they don't recognize, and 69 percent would rather an unfamiliar business text them than call. Leadferno asked 2,000 consumers how they prefer to communicate, and the only age group that still picked the phone first was 65 and over.
So what do they want?ย
Engagement. Right now, in real time, on their terms. They have a question, they're on your site, and they want it answered before they leave. That window is open for a few seconds.
Most websites give them two choices in that window. Call, or fill out a form and wait. Both are commitments. Neither is engagement. So they leave, and they go engage with whoever will.
The Widget Is Lazy
Here's where most business owners go wrong. They've "got a chatbot." It's a bubble in the corner that asks for a name and an email, then says someone will be in touch.
Call it what it is. A Chatbot widget. And a widget is lazy. Better than nothing. But it's about to become irrelevant. It's a form with a face. It doesn't greet anyone. It doesn't answer anything. It knows nothing about your business, can't quote a price range, can't tell anyone whether Thursday is open, and can't book a thing. It collects a message and waits for a human, which puts the visitor right back at the speed of your inbox. The visitor did the work. The widget did nothing.
Visitors can tell. In BoldChat's Live Chat Performance Benchmarks, 55 percent of visitors abandoned a chat the moment a pre-chat form appeared. They came to ask a question. They were handed another form.
If that's what's on your site, you don't have a true AI Chatbot. You have a voicemail greeting with a text box.
A widget is a form. What wins today is an experience.
The Experience Is The Play
A fully trained AI website chatbot isn't a bubble that collects messages. It's a chatbot experience on your website, not another form. A salesperson who lives on your site and never leaves.
It speaks first. "Hi, looks like you're here late." In BoldChat's data, 1.6 percent of visitors start a chat on their own. When the site opens the conversation, 6.6 percent engage. Four times the conversations from the same traffic, for saying hello.
It holds a real conversation. Trained on your services, your price ranges, your hours, your service area, the questions you answer ten times a week. It answers the question the visitor actually asked, the way you would. And the technology is getting better by the month.
It books, it doesn't promise. "Someone will reach out" is where leads go to die. Done right means real open slots on your real calendar, picked and confirmed inside the conversation.
It knows when to step aside. Hard questions and upset customers get handed to a human, with the transcript attached.
Put together, that's not a feature on your website. It's the first experience most prospects will ever have of your business. Greeted. Answered. Booked. Every visitor, every hour, every day.
And it moves the number the widget never touches. Glassix compared websites running AI chatbots against those without and found a 23 percent higher conversion rate on the chatbot sites.
How To Get This Right
This is exactly why Ahmer Zaman, my CTO at VektorOS, and I built the ENGAGE Masterclass. Two hours that show you how a fully trained AI website chatbot works, what "trained on your business" actually means, and how it greets, qualifies, and books while you sleep. We built it so any business owner can have the experience, not the widget, working on their site by tomorrow morning.

The Math On Traffic You Already Paid For
Run it on a small site.
800 visitors a month. Two in 100 become an inquiry, which is about average. That's 16. Close one in four at $1,200 a job and that's four clients, $4,800 a month, $57,600 a year.
Now apply only Glassix's 23 percent lift. Sixteen inquiries becomes 20. Five clients instead of four. $6,000 a month. $72,000 a year.
That's $14,400 a year from the same 800 visitors, the same ads, the same Google listing, the same referrals. You didn't buy a single additional click. You engaged the people who were already there.
And that's the conservative version.
Why 24/7 Isn't Optional
Here's the number that should stop youโฆ
CloseBot analyzed more than 1.1 million appointments booked by AI agents across agencies, home service companies, healthcare practices, and real estate teams. Just over half were booked outside of 9 to 5 in the lead's own time zone. A third came in after 5 PM. And 11 percent were booked between midnight and 6 AM.
Eleven percent. About the same share as all of Saturday.
A widget keeps office hours. An experience doesn't.
Real-time engagement only counts if it's there when the visitor is. If your website engages the way your office does, during business hours, whenever a human is free, you're competing for half the market and conceding the rest to whoever's awake. The roofer didn't win because he was the best roofer in town. He won because at 2:07 AM his website was the only one that engaged.
In Your Implementation Blueprint below, three questions tell you in about a minute which one your website has: nothing, a lazy widget, or an experience. Then I'll show you the fastest way I know to get the right one working on your site by tomorrow morning.
๐ก Your Implementation Blueprint
Here's where strategy meets action. Each week, we give you the tactical steps to implement what you just learnedโso you can capitalize on the insight immediately.

Three Questions. One Minute.
Open your website on your phone, the way a prospect would, and answer honestly.
1. Can a visitor ask a question right now, without calling or filling out a form?
No means you have nothing. Every visitor with a question leaves with it.
2. Is it a widget?
A bubble that takes a name, an email, and a message, then says someone will be in touch. Yes means you have a form with a face. It loses the same leads as nothing, and it looks like you tried.
3. Is it a fully trained AI chatbot?
Greets first. Answers your pricing, hours, and service questions the way you would. Books on your calendar at 2 AM. Yes means you're ahead of most of your market. Anything else means you don't have one.
The Fix
Whatever you answered, the next step is the same. Understand what the AI Chatbot experience is supposed to be before you buy software or pay someone to build the wrong thing.
Ahmer Zaman, my CTO at VektorOS, and I built the ENGAGE Masterclass for exactly this. Two hours. How a fully trained AI website chatbot works, what "trained on your business" actually means, the prompting that makes it perform from day one, and how it greets, qualifies, and books while you sleep. We even show you how to put a Voice AI agent on your phone line so it works as hard as your website.
We built it so any business owner can turn their website into a 24/7 sales machine by tomorrow morning. No coding. No tech degree. And here's what shocked us along the way: more than 70 percent of websites don't have this set up right. Odds are, yours is one of them.

The widget was never the problem. Not knowing what the experience should look like was. Two hours fixes that, and it's backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, so the only thing at risk is another night of visitors leaving with their questions unanswered.

๐ฌ Quote Of The Week

What's Your Tech Stack Really Costing You?
Here's the ugly truth: the average business owner is running 6 to 12 software subscriptions right now. Overlapping tools. Duplicate features. Money bleeding out every single month between $400 and $1,600 โ and they have no idea it's happening.
So we built something to expose it. A proprietary SaaS Calculator designed specifically to help business owners cut waste and increase cash flow โ it rips your entire tech stack apart in seconds and shows you exactly what you can reclaim starting today.
Most owners are shocked when they see their own number, and even more shocked to find $500 to $1,000 of it was pure waste they could've cut months ago.
Brace yourself!
