๐Ÿ“ From The Desk Of Andrew Cass

Twenty-nine years in sales and marketing, and I can count on one hand the moments where I thought: everything just changed.

The first time I saw an email autoresponder. The first CRM. The first funnel that ran while I slept.

Last week was one of those moments...

I'm not going to spoil it here. But I'll tell you this: I set out to solve a very ordinary problem, the kind every service-based business owner has solved a hundred times by hiring someone. And instead of hiring, I did something I would have called impossible two years ago.

It took one day.

And the part that still has me shaking my head isn't what it does. It's how simple it turned out to be.

This is the biggest leverage move I've seen in the AI era. Not a tool. Not a hack. A replacement for an entire seat in your business, built in an afternoon.

If you've been waiting for the moment where AI stops being interesting and starts being essential, this is the issue...

Let's go!

The Biggest Shift In Websites Since The Website Itself

Since the day the first website went live, a website could do exactly one thing with a visitor: wait. Look nice. List the services. Hope for a phone call that, in 2026, isn't coming.

That's over. Thanks to AI, a website can now greet every visitor, answer their questions in real time, and book them on a calendar at 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning. It's the most impactful experience a website visitor has ever had, and more than 70 percent of websites still don't offer it. Most of the ones that think they do have a widget: a bubble that collects a message and waits for Monday.

The ENGAGE MasterClass shows business owners how to build the real thing. Two hours with Andrew Cass and Ahmer Zaman, CTO of VektorOS, on how a fully trained AI website chatbot works, how it learns a business, the prompting that makes it perform from day one, and how to have the whole thing done for you if building isn't your thing. Plus the Script Vault, the website audit, and a one-on-one assessment with Ahmer. Lifetime access. 30-day money-back guarantee.

Most of your competitors haven't moved yet. That window is open right now.

โ€œHow I Built A Personal AI Voice Assistant In One Day (That Works 24/7)โ€

Every week, we break down the big-picture strategy behind the shifts happening in businessโ€”so you can see around corners while others are still catching up.

Last week I almost hired someoneโ€ฆ

We were launching a new offer on Facebook ads: where we come into a business and install an Outbound Marketing division for them โ€“ Intent data, outbound email, AI voice agents, AI chatbot, weekly e-newsletter โ€“ all of it (if you've followed along, that's five engines: Capture, Generate, Connect, Engage, Nurture).ย

The ads were ready. The only thing missing was the human in the middle: someone to call the leads, answer their questions, get them booked, confirm the appointment, and chase down anyone who cancelled.

My default reaction was the same one I've had for 29 years. Hire a setter. Or, as I've always called it, a sales assistant. Post the job, interview, train, hope.

Then I stopped.

And I asked the question that changed the whole week: what if we replicate that person with an AI agent that costs almost nothing per month?

So that's what we did.ย

We built it in the morning. Then we spent the rest of the day calling it and having it (her) call us. Over and over. Booking appointments, cancelling them, rescheduling, asking the questions a real lead would ask, going off script on purpose. Every time the conversation wasn't right, we adjusted it and called again.

By the end of the day, it was done. By the end of the week, it was perfect.

Not a chatbot. Not an auto-responder. A real voice on the phone that has full conversations with real people on my behalf. It answers their questions. It books the appointment. It confirms it. And if someone cancels, it calls them back and reschedules them.

That last part is the one that stopped me. Because I've never had a human setter who reliably did that.

The Biggest Breakthrough Most Business Owners Are Sleeping On

I've been in sales and marketing for 29 years. I've watched the fax machine, email, the CRM, the autoresponder, the funnel, the chatbot. Every one of them changed the game.

None of them did this.

For the first time, a business owner can hand off a live human conversation, the kind that used to require a trained person on payroll, and have it handled better, faster, and around the clock. Not a form. Not a text sequence. A real back-and-forth with a real prospect, on the phone, in your voice.

That's not an upgrade. That's a different category of leverage.

And here's what nobody's telling you: it's surprisingly simple to do now. Two years ago this was a science project. Today the tech has come so far that the hard part isn't the technology. It's knowing what to tell it.

If you're going to make one AI move this year, this is the one. Everything else is a productivity hack. This replaces a hire.

What "Full Conversation" Actually Means

Most business owners hear "AI voice" and picture a phone tree. Press one for sales. Press two for billing. A robot that reads a script and hangs up when you go off it.

That's not what this is.

This thing talks. A lead asks how long the first call takes, it answers. They ask whether we work with their type of business, it answers. They say Tuesday doesn't work, it finds another time. They interrupt it mid-sentence, it adjusts. It sounds like a person who knows my business, because it does. We taught it everything a new setter would learn in the first month, and it learned it in an afternoon.

And unlike a person, it says the same thing the same way on call 500 as it did on call one. No bad days. No "I forgot to mention the pricing." No Friday afternoon energy.

And the best part: it can be a male or a female, old or young, accent or no accent. You choose.

Here's the truth: the job of a setter was never about the person. It was about the conversation. And the conversation can now be built.

Why It Took One Day And Not One Month

People assume this stuff takes a technical team and a quarter of work. It used to. It doesn't anymore. The platforms have matured to the point where building a voice assistant is less like writing software and more like onboarding a new employee. You tell it what to know, what to do, and when to ask for help.

It took one day, and most of that day was spent on three things that have nothing to do with code.

First, the knowledge. What does this assistant need to know? Our offer, our calendar, the ten questions every lead asks, and how I'd answer each one. We wrote that down in plain English.

Second, the rules. What does it handle alone, and when does it bring in a human? For us: it books, confirms, reschedules, and answers anything about the offer. If someone wants to talk price beyond what's on the page, or asks for me by name, it gets them to a person.

Third, the testing. We called it. Over and over. We tried to confuse it, cancel on it, talk over it, ask it things it shouldn't know. Every time it fumbled, we fixed the instruction and called again.

By the end of the day it was handling calls we'd have been nervous to hand a new hire.

It's way simpler than most people think. But notice what made it simple: people who had done this before, a clear set of instructions, and a day of nothing but testing.

And Then It Got Better

Here's the part I didn't expectโ€ฆ

That same assistant, the one we prompted and trained to handle the phone, is now the exact same AI chatbot living on our website. Same knowledge. Same answers. Same personality. Someone calls at 2 p.m., they talk to it. Someone types a question into the site at 2 a.m., they're talking to the same thing.

One brain. Two doors.

Most companies treat these as separate projects. Hire a vendor for the voice agent, hire another for the chatbot, train each one from scratch, and then watch them give different answers to the same question.

We don't. Because of the platform we build on, the training happens once and it runs everywhere. Teach it the business one time, and it answers on the phone and on the website from the same playbook.

We've cracked the code on this. It's the one-two punch every service-based business owner has wanted for years: the phone covered, the website covered, one setup, no gaps.

The Math On The Seat You're Already Paying For

Run your own numbers. A part-time setter at $18 an hour, 25 hours a week, is roughly $23,000 a year before taxes, training, and turnover. That person works one shift, five days, and takes a lunch.

The assistant works every hour of every day for a fraction of that, and the cost doesn't go up when the call volume does.

But the real cost isn't the salary. It's the calls that never get answered. Every lead who hits voicemail at 7 p.m. is a lead who calls the next name on the list. Every unconfirmed appointment is a no-show. Every "I'll call them back tomorrow" is a deal cooling off overnight.

It's not about replacing a person. It's about never letting a conversation wait.

Why You Shouldn't Build It Yourself

I know what you're thinking. If it only took a day, why not just do it myself?

Because it took us a day. It would take you a month, and you'd hate it.ย

No disrespect. But I have a Chief Technology Officer in my company and a full-time AI Systems Manager. That's why we were able to do this so fast. These two are phenomenal.

A voice assistant is a live conversation with a real human who can interrupt, change their mind, ask something off-script, or get annoyed. Getting that right means writing instructions that sound like you, wiring it into your calendar and CRM so a booking actually lands, and then testing it with dozens of real calls until the edge cases stop surprising you.

Most business owners get halfway through, hear it mispronounce their name on a test call, and quietly give up. Now they've spent a month and have a half-built assistant they don't trust with a real lead.

The business owners winning right now aren't the ones learning to build this. They're the ones who handed a one-page brief to someone who's built it fifty times, and had it live by the end of the week.

The Bottom Line

I set out to hire a setter and ended up with something better: an assistant that answers, books, confirms, and reschedules, 24 hours a day, on the phone and on my website, without ever being trained twice.

It took one day. It would have taken me a month. That gap is the whole point.

The DIY crowd will spend the next quarter fighting with settings.

But the real pros? They'll have it running at their side before the month is out.

See It Before You Decide

I put a demo video on this page showing the AI voice assistant and the AI chatbot in action, the exact setup I've been describing:

Watch it, then test it for yourself right on the site. There's a live chatbot on the page waiting for you. And If you'd like this done for you in under 10 days, make sure you book a demo with one of our AI advisors. They'll show you how this can work in your business from top to bottom.

In Your Implementation Blueprint below, you'll spend 10 minutes writing the one page that makes all of this possible.

๐Ÿ’ก Your Implementation Blueprint

Here's where strategy meets action. Each week, we give you the tactical steps to implement what you just learnedโ€”so you can capitalize on the insight immediately.

How To Write Your AI Assistantโ€™s One-Page Brief In 10 Minutes

Whether we build it or someone else does, the assistant is only as good as the brief. Write this page now.

1. The five jobs (3 minutes). List what it handles: book, confirm, reschedule, cancel and call back, answer pre-booking questions. Edit to fit your business.

2. The ten questions (5 minutes). Write the ten things people ask before they book with you, and your one-sentence answer to each, the way youโ€™d say it out loud.

3. The handoff rule (2 minutes). Name the one situation where it stops and brings in a human.

Thatโ€™s the page. Keep it. Whoever builds your assistant, this is what theyโ€™ll need from you on day one.

Want To See This In Action?

I just shot a demo for you. Hit the link below and Iโ€™ll walk you through the AI voice agent and the AI chatbot doing exactly what I described above: booking, confirming, rescheduling, answering questions, around the clock.

Then test the chatbot yourself, right there on the page.

And if you want one of these at your side, book a time with an AI advisor while youโ€™re there. Weโ€™ll show you how it works in your business from top to bottom, then build the whole thing for you, custom, done for you, in under 10 days. And we work with you for a full 30 days to make sure it is properly optimized.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Quote Of The Week

What's Your Tech Stack Really Costing You?

Here's the ugly truth: the average business owner is running 6 to 12 software subscriptions right now. Overlapping tools. Duplicate features. Money bleeding out every single month between $400 and $1,600 โ€” and they have no idea it's happening.

So we built something to expose it. A proprietary SaaS Calculator designed specifically to help business owners cut waste and increase cash flow โ€” it rips your entire tech stack apart in seconds and shows you exactly what you can reclaim starting today.

Most owners are shocked when they see their own number, and even more shocked to find $500 to $1,000 of it was pure waste they could've cut months ago.

Brace yourself!
